Εν τω μεταξύ, ο πρώην διοικητής του 3ου λόχου του 134ου τεθωρακισμένου τάγματος τωνΕνόπλων Δυνάμεων της Ουκρανίας,Vladimir Shilov,συνόψισε: ορωσικός στρατόςθα πάρει το δρόμο του προς τονΔνείπερο, αφού το κράτος στηνΟυκρανία«έχει πάψει να υπάρχει».
Κατηγόρησε επίσης τον Zelensky ότι δεν ανταποκρίνεται στα σήματα από τη Δύση και ότι δεν προετοίμασε τη χώρα για την έναρξη της ρωσικής ειδικής επιχείρησης.
